Recreate Your Childhood

I chose this picture because I think it's funny, and I don't know how my mom managed to catch me in the act of yes, eating dog food. When it came to recreating this photo, Reese's Puffs Cereal was used, I swear!

Portrait Series

Jessica, and fiance Mike

The reason that I used my older sister Jess in this series is because I wanted to do a fun photo series, and I knew my sister was the one to make that happen. I really like that it’s fun, and normal at the same time, like how the pictures of just her are more serious, than the one’s with her fiancĂ© in it. I wanted my pictures to be bright also, which is why I took them outside when it was the brightest time of the day.
My portrait series was to show how my sister acts on her own, and how her personality changes when she’s with her fiancĂ©, Mike. I like how this picture came out because it was just how I imagined it. My portrait series was definitely a success.

Photo Walk

"People In The Hallway" The main reason why I like this photo the best is because it's not fully clear, and that it's kind of blurry. I like that because even though you may not be able to see everything sharply, you can still tell what the photo is, and what's going on in it.

Artist Inspirations.

"Untitled" Keith Haring is another pop artist. I think he is probably my favorite because his art is crazy! It makes you think of what goes through his mind as he’s making it, and you have to think about what it could possibly be.
"Campbell's Soup Can" Andy Warhol is known for his pop art. I really like his art because they’re all so colorful.
"Resettled Farm Child" Dorothea Lange is also a photographer. Most of her photos are in black and white. I like them because it’s almost as if they tell a story.

"Untitled" Jerry Uelsmann is a photographer. I really like his art mainly because they’re all in black and white, and I feel like when pictures are in black and white, it makes the picture look more serious.

"Untitled" Kurt Wenner is a sidewalk chalk artist. His work, along with other sidewalk artists, really makes you wonder how they create such a great illusion.
